SavonChic Boutique Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms govern your use of the SavonChic Boutique website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product availability may change.
Orders & Payments
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when ordering. Payment is required before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable items.
Pricing Errors
If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through our shipping partners. Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery times are provided before purchase. Please review our Shipping Policy for details about international delivery, customs charges, tracking, and delays.
Returns & Refunds
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions, and refund processing. These Terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Use
Use products only as directed by the manufacturer. Follow all instructions and safety warnings, particularly for heated styling tools and electrical products. Check voltage and plug compatibility before using electrical products in your country.
Website Use
You may not use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, or actions that interfere with its operation or security.
Website Content
Content owned by SavonChic Boutique, including our branding and original designs, may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party payment, shipping, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SavonChic Boutique remains your contact for questions about your purchase.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share personal information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms of orders already placed.
